The Service is intended to assist users in packaging and marketing their music and related products.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

• All activity under their account
• Providing accurate billing information

You agree not to share or resell account access.

5. Subscription Billing

Paid Plans

BeatBundle AI operates on recurring subscription billing and/or credit-based purchases.

Billing Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation

• Users may cancel anytime.
• Access continues through the end of the billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds for partial periods.

6. Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the Service:

• No refunds are provided for subscription fees
• No refunds are provided for unused credits
• No refunds are provided for generated digital assets

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely for:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical billing errors caused directly by BeatBundle AI

BeatBundle AI reserves sole discretion in determining refund eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

All software, branding, workflows, templates, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of BeatBundle AI.

User Content

Users retain ownership of:

• Uploaded audio files
• Uploaded voice tags
• Custom branding assets

By using the Service, you grant BeatBundle AI a limited license to process such content solely for operational purposes.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Copy proprietary templates or workflows for resale
• Resell or white-label the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purposes

8. Copyright & Licensing Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights to:

• Upload audio files
• Generate commercial products
• Distribute derivative works

BeatBundle AI does not verify copyright ownership and assumes no liability for user misuse.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate or rely upon:

• Stripe
• Base44
• Cloudflare
• AI model providers
• Hosting infrastructure

BeatBundle AI is not liable for outages, errors, or security failures originating from third-party services.

10. Data Storage & File Retention

BeatBundle AI may temporarily or persistently store:

• User account data
• Generated assets
• Uploaded files
• Billing records

Storage durations may change at BeatBundle AI's discretion. Users are responsible for downloading and backing up their generated assets.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeatBundle AI shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Copyright disputes
• Platform downtime
• AI generation inaccuracies
• Third-party service disruptions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the prior 30 days.

12. Service Availability

BeatBundle AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, or functionality may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

13. Termination

BeatBundle AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Unauthorized resale
• Chargebacks
• Violation of Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. For disputes, informal resolution will be attempted before legal proceedings.
